We offer thoughtful and intentional solutions for what we have found are the most common needs. Each event and client is completely unique so we wanted to give the freedom of mixing and matching to create a custom solution every time.  To that end we have our packages neatly grouped into four collections. Any one offering can be combined with any other, no matter the collection, or simply booked as is. For every package combination there is a $100 discount.

VENUE SELECTION ASSISTANCE
  • Venue research for availability and capacity based your desires

  • Complete list of available venues settee your criteria for date(s), budget and capacity

  • Up to three (3) different venue site visits to help cast vision, ask applicable questions and offer professional feedback

  • Contract negotiations for up to two (2) venues

  • Follow through with you and venue until contract is in place

PARTIAL PLANNING

DAY-OF COORDINATION
  • One (1) consultation to create/edit a timeline

DAY-OF SET-UP
  • One (1) consultation to create/edit a timeline

  • One (1) consultation to create/edit a layout of your venue(s)

  • One (1) consultation to go over completed forms (set-up description, vendor contacts etc.)

  • Set-Up Description form to cover all decor information for set up

  • Vendor Contact form to keep all vendors documented and their arrivals/departures tracked

  • Set-up of all event day areas and locations, including ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, for up to seven (7) hours

  • Two (2) additional staff members on event day

  • Wedding Emergency Kit onsite

TEAR DOWN
  • One (1) consultation to go over completed forms including, set-up description, vendor contacts etc. 

  • Set-Up Description form to cover all decor information to help us identify what came from where for cleanup

  • Vendor Contact form to keep all vendors documented and their arrivals/departures tracked

  • Sorting and packing up all decor into boxes and areas for vendors (including, but not limited to: centerpiece aspects, linens etc.) for up to two (2) hours

  • Gathering gifts, guestbook, toasting flutes, cake cutters and any other personal items on behalf of client

  • Clean up to the standards of the venue including, but not limited to: spot sweeping or wiping down small areas

WEDDING DESIGN
  • An in-depth questionnaire to cover color preferences, personal style and ideas

  • One (1) consultation to review questionnaire and discuss inspiration images

  • Completely custom design plan based off questionnaire, set budget and local resources that includes thoughtful design suggestions on:​

    • Mood board of overall colors and feel​

    • Paper goods including invitations, small signage, place cards etc.

    • Wedding party attire

    • Ceremony entry (guestbook and program area)

    • Ceremony aisle and altar

    • Cocktail hour overall

    • Reception overall feel and lighting

    • Reception entry (seating assignments or first impression area)

    • Layout (3D rendering and various views)

    • Linens and chairs

    • Place settings

    • Centerpieces

    • Flower types and specifics

    • Specialty areas (lounge, dessert bar, photo backdrop etc.)

  • 2-hour presentation of design plan + consult

  • Guidance in choosing vendors to produce the chosen style via a customized "Next Steps" guide

LAYOUT CREATION
  • One (1) consultation to discuss overall vision and event specifics

  • Communication with venue for any needed dimensions, table counts etc.

  • 2-3 Custom layout options set to your guest count, desires and venue guidelines delivered via:

    • PDF of each layout option​

    • 3-4 3D images from different viewpoints in each layout

    • One (1) walkthrough 3D video of each layout

  • Up to two (2) edits total  (with the option to add more at an hourly rate)​

DETAIL STYLING
  • Detail Inventory form to determine what aspects there are to be styled (invite suite, jewelry and accessories, decor aspects etc.)

  • Suggestion of styling time frames based on schedule of event day/weekend and photographer guidelines

  • One (1) consultation to go over completed forms, timeline of event day and desired outcome/vision

  • Hand selection and sourcing of all needed styling elements including, but not limited to: matching ring box, background mat for flat lays, coordinating stamps, ribbon and personalized items

  • Coordination with your florist for any needed loose stems or matching greenery

  • Up to two (2) hours of detail styling on event day/weekend

CUSTOM INSTALLATIONS
  • One (1) consultation to discuss overall event vision and your desired areas of emphasis

  • Miniature design plan to present proposed concept(s) including sketches, swatches and/or samples

  • Complete sourcing of needed materials

  • Complete construction and creation of proposed concept(s)

Examples of custom backdrops or installations could include: Non-tradition altar backdrops, ceiling treatments, shelving/display walls for place cards or favors - the sky is the limit!
