  • One (1) consultation to create/edit a timeline 

  • One (1) consultation to create/edit a layout of your venue(s)

  • One (1) consultation to go over completed forms (set-up description form, vendor contacts, etc.)

  • Set-Up Description form to cover all décor information for set up

  • Vendor Contact form to keep all vendors documented and their arrivals/departures tracked

  • Set-up of all event-day areas and locations, including ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, for up to seven (7) hours

  • Two (2) additional staff members on event day

  • Wedding emergency kit onsite

TEAR DOWN
$650
  • One (1) consultation to go over completed forms including, set-up description form, vendor contacts etc.

  • Set-up Description Form to cover all décor information to help us identify what came from where for clean up

  • Vendor Contact Form to keep all vendors documented and their arrivals/departures tracked

  • Sorting and packing up all décor into boxes and areas for vendors (including but not limited to: centerpiece aspects, linens etc.) for up to two (2) hours

  • Gathering gifts, guestbook, toasting flutes, cake cutters and any other personal items on behalf of client

  • Clean-up to the standards of venue including, but not limited to stacking chairs, spot sweeping, etc.

  • (Additional fees will apply for rinsing/washing dishes, trash removal or cleaning broken glass or damaged items)
