There aren't many things (if any!?) that aren't included  in our version of full planning. It's as comprehensive and luxurious as we've seen. Not to mention it's a specialty of our owner, Abby Mitchell, who prides herself on the art of hospitality. If you are looking for a planner who treats you as warmly as family and spoils you with thoughtful design, gracious connections and 12+ years of industry insight, you're in the right place.

COMMUNICATION, COORDINATION, SET-UP AND TEAR DOWN - $3500
  • One (1) consultation to create/edit a timeline 

  • One (1) consultation to review final documents and vendor contracts

  • Ceremony Order form to organize wedding party order and details

  • Vendor Contact form to keep all vendors documented and their arrivals/departures tracked

  • Set-Up Description form to cover all décor information for set up

  • Communication and follow ups with all vendors 1-2 weeks out from the wedding to establish ourselves as the point person and confirm all contracts/responsibilities 

  • Set-up of all personal decor items (guestbook, place cards, framed photos, etc.) 

  • Directing the rehearsal 

  • Managing the timeline and coordinating the ceremony and wedding day events for up to ten (10) hours​

  • Gathering gifts, guestbook, toasting flutes, cake cutters and any other personal items on behalf of client

  • Minimum of two (2) total staff members on event day

  • Wedding emergency kit onsite
