My role is to take your priorities, your people, and your investment and shape them into an experience that feels seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable to be a part of, for both you and your guests. This comes to life in how logistics, flow, and environment are developed together, not separately. Every decision is made with intention, from how your guests move through the space to how each moment feels as it unfolds.

This is a process I’ve refined over the past 13+ years, allowing me to anticipate needs before they arise, guide decisions with clarity, and create celebrations that feel effortless without ever leaving anything to chance.

With that philosophy in mind, the following outlines what our full-service planning and design truly entails.

As you review, compare, and run numbers, my only request is this: if any hesitation arises, allow me the opportunity to speak to it. If there is a concern I cannot ethically stand behind, I will not attempt to persuade you otherwise. I will simply guide you toward the next best fit. Service is, and always will be, at the heart of what I do.

  • Complete weekend coverage with zero time restrictions

  • Completely custom event design presentation based off questionnaire, set budget and local resources which includes thoughtful design suggestions on:

  • Invitation sourcing and assembly

  • RSVP tracking and reporting

  • Favor and welcome gift sourcing, assembly and delivery

  • Unlimited consultations to be used as needed or monthly at minimum. These include, but aren’t limited to:​

  • Full budget allotment and real-time updating

  • A shared online "bridal binder" for real-time updates and notes including:

Comprehensive monthly planning checklist set to the span of your engagement, Thank You note tracker, Vendor contact list, Budget template, countless more helpful charts and guides

  • ​Rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and farewell brunch planning and coordination

  • Designated bridal attendant(s) to help getting ready timeline stay on track

  • Three (3) additional staff members on event day with more available upon request/need

  • Work directly with owner, Abby Mitchell

Budget allotment and suggestions, Guest management, Timeline editing, Vendor guidance, Help however you desire
