I really enjoyed talking with you about your wedding plans at Oakwood. It sounds like you have a really intentional and thought-out day planned! Thanks for taking the time to hear a little more about my company and get to know each other.

This proposal contains an overview of what my month-of coordination package entails. As a reminder this is my last year of offering this before we are exclusively a full-service company. 

I also included a few popular add-on's as well as a look at design at the end. I haven't offered that individually in a while so if there are further questions on that I am ready for ya :) 

 

My main request as you crunch numbers and compare notes is that if any hesitations come up I would have the opportunity to speak to those. I can confidently say that if you have a valid concern I would ethically not be able to "talk you out of it" and would only share my next best choices in planners. I am in the service industry, after all, so that is where my heart lies!

But sometimes, it’s hard to know what you don’t know—so we’ve created a detailed list of the services we typically assist with to give you a glimpse of the white-glove experience we strive to provide. 

thoughtful month-of coverage
COMMUNICATION, COORDINATION, SET-UP AND TEAR DOWN - $3500
  • One (1) consultation to create/edit a timeline 

  • One (1) consultation to review final documents and vendor contracts

  • Ceremony Order form to organize wedding party order and details

  • Vendor Contact form to keep all vendors documented and their arrivals/departures tracked

  • Set-Up Description form to cover all décor information for set up

  • Communication and follow ups with all vendors 1-2 weeks out from the wedding to establish ourselves as the point person and confirm all contracts/responsibilities 

  • Set-up of all personal decor items (guestbook, place cards, framed photos, etc.) 

  • Directing the rehearsal 

  • Managing the timeline and coordinating the ceremony and wedding day events for up to ten (10) hours

  • Gathering gifts, guestbook, toasting flutes, cake cutters and any other personal items on behalf of client

  • Minimum of two (2) total staff members on event day

  • Wedding emergency kit onsite

*Add time or consultations for $150 an hour

optional add-ons

Add up to 5 additional consultations for $150 each. These can be used to guide vendor connections, go over specific logistics or just have a Q&A with an experienced pro!

Layout creation - $500

We will measure the venue with precision, analyze your event goals and the venue's inventory and present you a custom and creative floor plan including 3D renderings and walkthroughs. 

Wedding Design - $2,000

Utilizing my industry knowledge + your taste and dreams I create a complete design presentation walking chronologically through your wedding experience. This sought-after offering is typically only offered in our full planning service. Take a peak at a 2025 design plan example here.
