I really enjoyed talking with you both about your wedding plans. It sounds like you guys have such a lovely day planned filled with family and food and joy! Thanks for taking the time to hear a little more about my company and get to know each other.

This proposal contains an overview of what my full planning and partial planning packages entail. My goal with every client is to bring a level of service that feels unique to them and servant-hearted. I want to spoil you guys!

I also included a few popular add-on's as well as a look at design at the end. I haven't done that in a while so if there are further questions on that I am ready for ya :)

My main request as you crunch numbers and compare notes is that if any hesitations come up I would have the opportunity to speak to those. I can confidently say that if you have a valid concern I would ethically not be able to "talk you out of it" and would only share my next best choices in planners. I am in the service industry, after all, so that is where my heart lies!

Assisting to create or edit a timeline of the day from start to finish with your specific priorities in mind
Unlimited emails to shepherd the decision-making process
Coordination with all vendors 2-4 weeks out to confirm contracts, arrival and pick-up times and main responsibilities

A shared online "bridal binder" housed on google drive for real-time updates and notes including:

Comprehensive monthly planning checklist set to the span of your engagement, Thank You note tracker, Vendor contact list, Budget template, countless more helpful charts and guides

Four (4) monthly consultations with more available upon request/need. These can cover:

Budget allotment and suggestions, Guest management, Timeline editing, Vendor guidance, Help however you desire

Directing the ceremony rehearsal
Complete day-of coverage including coordination, full set-up and teardown (for up to 12 hours)
Minimum of three (3) staff members on event day
Wedding emergency kit onsite

Add up to 5 additional consultations for $125 each. These can be used to extend the monthly planning consultation schedule or to add more time as needed.

Layout creation - $500

We will measure the venue with precision, analyze your event goals and the venue's inventory and present you a custom and creative floor plan including 3D renderings and walkthroughs.

Wedding Design - $2,000

Utilizing my industry knowledge + your taste and dreams I create a complete design presentation walking chronologically through your wedding experience. This sought-after offering is typically only offered in our full planning service. Take a peak at a 2025 design plan example here.

Invitation sourcing and assembly
RSVP tracking and reporting
Favor and welcome gift sourcing, assembly and delivery
Unlimited consultations to be used as needed or monthly at minimum. These include, but aren’t limited to:
