How do I know what venue space is best for me at Big Cedar Lodge?
There are so many beautiful spaces to choose from within each guest count range.
If you're having a larger wedding I would consider Integrity Hills Chapel and Stables with a capacity of 200 in the chapel and 240 in the stables. The Grandview Conference Center ballroom or lawn could also hold this many with capacity up to 500 and 550.
You could consider Top of the Rock Wine Cellar for 100 guests and utilize the Chapel of the Ozarks that holds 180. This size range would also be a nice fit in Arnie's Barn which holds 130 and is also located at Top of the Rock. The Lakeview ballrooms on the lower level of the conference center can hold up to 130 as well and offer access to the Grandview Lawn.
You could look into the Garden Chapel for a guest count of 80 or less and then host a reception in the Cedar Creek (90) meeting rooms that are right next to the spa. You could also do a romantic dinner cruise on Lady Liberty with 36 guests or a meal in the Tom Watson Room at Arnie’s Barn.

How far in advance should I book my wedding date?
The sooner the better. Most of our clients come to us over one year out in order to secure a Saturday wedding.
Can we block rooms for our wedding guests?
Absolutely. One of the best parts about a wedding at Big Cedar Lodge is that everyone can stay on property together! With their mixture of cabins, cottages, lodge rooms and luxury homes there are ample options to fit the vibe you have in mind. We can work with you and the rooming department to get the best rates and locations on property.
What activities can guests enjoy while staying at Big Cedar Lodge?
