  • One (1) consultation to create/edit a timeline 

  • One (1) consultation to create/edit a layout of your venue(s)

  • One (1) consultation to go over completed forms (set-up description form, vendor contacts, etc.)

  • Ceremony Order form to organize wedding party order and details

  • Vendor Contact form to keep all vendors documented and their arrivals/departures tracked

  • Set-Up Description form to cover all décor information for set up

  • Set-up of all event-day areas and locations, including ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

  • Directing the rehearsal 

  • Managing the timeline and coordinating the ceremony and wedding day events 

  • Sorting and packing up all décor into boxes and areas for vendors (including but not limited to: centerpiece aspects, linens etc.)

  • Gathering gifts, guestbook, toasting flutes, cake cutters and any other personal items on behalf of client

  • Clean-up to the standards of venue including, but not limited to cleaning getting ready rooms, spot sweeping, etc. (Additional fees will apply for rinsing/washing dishes, trash removal or cleaning broken glass or damaged items)

  • Minimum of two (2) total staff members on event day

  • Wedding emergency kit onsite

  • Includes all of TIER ONE plus:

  • Unlimited time allowance on event day

  • Completely custom event design presentation based off your style, budget and local resources. Includes thoughtful design suggestions on:

    • Mood board of overall colors and feel

    • Paper goods including, invitations, small signage, place cards, etc.

    • Wedding party attire

    • Ceremony welcome area (guestbook/program area)

    • Ceremony aisle and altar

    • Cocktail hour overall aspects 

    • Reception overall feel/lighting

    • Reception Entry/Welcome (seating assignment design or first impression area)

    • Layout (3D rendering and various views)

    • Tables and chairs (including linens, chairs/chair covers, variations for guest tables and head/sweetheart table)

    • Place Settings (includes variations for guest tables and head/sweetheart tables)

    • Centerpiece concepts (usually three (3) varieties and suggested placement on the layout)

    • Flower types and specifics (exact variety suggestions, sometimes includes bouquet wrap details, boutonniere/corsage ideas etc.)

    • Specialty areas as noted (Examples include: lounge area, dessert bar, photo backdrop area etc.)

    • A comprehensive Wedding Planning Checklist set to the span of your engagement

  • RSVP tracking and reporting

  • Fifteen (15) total consultations

  • Six (6) vendor visits

  • Three (3) additional staff members on event day



Includes all of TIER TWO plus:

  • Full budget allotment and updating

  • Design and procurement of detail flat-lay photos

    • Detail inventory form to determine what aspects there are to be styled (invite suite, jewelry and accessories, décor aspects etc.)

    • Suggestion of styling time frames based on schedule of event day/weekend and photographer guidelines

    • Hand selection and sourcing of all needed styling details including but not limited to: matching ring box, background mat for flat lays, coordinating stamps, ribbon and personalized items

    • Coordination with your florist for any needed loose stems or matching greenery

  • Venue research, visiting and contract negotiation (no limit on trips/visits)

  • Favor sourcing, assembly and delivery

  • Welcome gift sourcing, assembly and delivery

  • Rehearsal dinner planning and coordination

  • Unlimited consultations to be used as needed or monthly at minimum

  • Unlimited vendor visits

  • Bridal attendant(s) to help getting ready timeline stay on track

  • Unlimited additional staff members on event day
