14% OF TOTAL BUDGET, $6500 MINIMUM

There aren't many things (if any!?) that aren't included  in our version of full planning. It's as comprehensive and luxurious as we've seen. Not to mention it's a specialty of our owner, Abby Mitchell, who prides herself on the art of hospitality. If you are looking for a planner who treats you as warmly as family and spoils you with thoughtful design, gracious connections and 10+ years of industry insight, you're in the right place.

YOU'RE DOING GREAT.

This is a lot of info! You're almost through it all.

  • Includes complete day-of coverage (coordination, set-up and tear down) for a total of 15 hours on event day

  • A custom wedding design mood board that includes your color palette and inspiration images to show the overall feel 

  • A bridal binder digital download that we will guide you through during the planning process

  • Eight (8) consultations to be used as needed or upon our suggestion. These can include: 

    • Budget allotment and suggestions

    • Guest management

    • Timeline editing

    • Vendor guidance

    • Help in any area you desire

  • Two (2) vendor/venue visits to be used as needed or upon our suggestion

  • Unlimited emails to shepherd the decision-making process

  • Coordination with all vendors 2-4 weeks out to confirm contracts, arrival and pick up times

  • Point person for venue and all vendors, family and guests to direct as needed

  • Two (2) additional staff members on event day

comprehensive day-of coverage
COORDINATION, SET-UP AND TEAR DOWN - $2650

  • One (1) consultation to create/edit a timeline 

  • One (1) consultation to create/edit a layout of your venue(s)

  • One (1) consultation to go over completed forms (set-up description form, vendor contacts, etc.)

  • Ceremony Order form to organize wedding party order and details

  • Vendor Contact form to keep all vendors documented and their arrivals/departures tracked

  • Set-Up Description form to cover all décor information for set up

  • Set-up of all event-day areas and locations, including ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

  • Directing the rehearsal 

  • Managing the timeline and coordinating the ceremony and wedding day events 

  • Sorting and packing up all décor into boxes and areas for vendors (including but not limited to: centerpiece aspects, linens etc.)

  • Gathering gifts, guestbook, toasting flutes, cake cutters and any other personal items on behalf of client

  • Clean-up to the standards of venue including, but not limited to cleaning getting ready rooms, spot sweeping, etc. (Additional fees will apply for rinsing/washing dishes, trash removal or cleaning broken glass or damaged items)

  • Minimum of two (2) total staff members on event day

  • Wedding emergency kit onsite
